John Duerler

Actor John Duerler was most recognized for his roles in television. At the start of his acting career, Duerler appeared in dramatic series like "The Practice" (ABC, 1996-2004), "Ally McBeal" (Fox, 1997-2002) and "Snoops" (ABC, 1999-2000). He also appeared in "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" (CBS, 2000-2015). During the early stages of his Hollywood career, Duerler mainly held acting roles in films like the Tom Hanks hit adventurous drama "Cast Away" (2000). He continued to work steadily in television throughout the early 2000s, appearing on "L.A. Dragnet" (2002-04), "Push, Nevada" (ABC, 2002-03) and "Entourage" (HBO, 2003-2011). He also appeared in "Grey's Anatomy" (ABC, 2004-). He also had roles in film during these years, including roles in the action film "Rat Race" (2001) with Rowan Atkinson and "Taxi" (2004) with Queen Latifah. More recently, he tackled roles on "How I Met Your Mother" (2005-2014), "Southland" (2008-2013) and "The Crazy Ones" (CBS, 2013-14). He also was featured in the TV movie "Battle Planet" (Syfy, 2008-09). Duerler most recently acted in the dramatic adaptation "Jersey Boys" (2014) with John Lloyd Young.
