Fifteen artists from across the globe fight to represent their hometowns; but before they can battle, they must first earn their place in the competition.

Sixteen new Artists enter the competition, divided into two teams based on how long they've been tattooing; the Artists must fight for a spot on their team; the Young Guns are up first and the battle for $250,000 and the title of Ink Master begins.

The fight for a shop continues as the artists replicate animals from their hometowns but for some, it's back to the drawing board.

The artists must paint with smoke. Glitter tattoos on the stomach have them struggling to shine, and an unexpected twist makes winning tattoo of the day more important than ever.

The Artists try to foil the competition in the Flash Challenge; their artistry is put to the test with transparent bottle tattoos and one Artist becomes the Canvas in a bold move to survive; the battle for the title continues.

The battle for $250,000 intensifies as the Young Guns and OGs go head to head for the first time; the team dynamics are put to the test in the first Flash Challenge and basic lettering tattoos push the Artists' creativity to the limit.
