Cookie and Lucious' battle to keep Empire in their hands leads them to organise a concert to fund their take down of Eddie. Meanwhile, Jamal's anonymous group continues to be a success.

Eddie attempts to get the board on his side so he can secure his place at Empire, while Lucious and Shine scheme to keep him out. Cookie desperately tries to keep a promise she made to a friend before time is up.
