The contestants must use time to buy ingredients. The more ingredients they use, the less time they have to cook.

The contestants are paired up and allowed two ingredients each from two pantries, but they aren't allowed to know what their partner chose. They then must create a dish using their four ingredients for a chance to win immunity.

The contestants cook for themselves to stay in the competition, with a cash prize of $10,000 and a game-changing immunity pin up for grabs.

The contestants write their own pressure test overnight, forcing them to exceed the high bar they've set for themselves.
