Kyliegh Curran
Still a youngster, Kyleigh Curran's first major role came in 2016, when she earned the opportunity to step into the role of Young Nala in Broadway's "The Lion King." Her first on screen credit came in 2017, when she played a supporting role in the independent feature film "I Can I Will I Did" (2017). Starring Mike Faist (Tony nominated for originating the role of Connor Murphy in "Dear Evan Hansen") as a young man who must recover physically and spiritually after a serious car accident. The film played a number of festivals in 2017. In 2018 it was announced that Curran had been cast in Mike Flanagan's film adaptation of Doctor Sleep, Stephen King's sequel to horror classic The Shining. In the new film, Ewan McGregor was set to play the grown up Danny Torrance, from the first book, with Curran playing Abra Stone, another young girl who has the 'gift' of the Shining. The film was set to be released in 2020.
