The Leverage team comes to the aid of Santa Claus, or a reasonable facsimile thereof, and takes over a mall on Christmas Eve. Eliot poses as Santa, assisted by Hardison and Parker, and they find themselves in more trouble than expected when an old enemy resurfaces.

The team members search for a male college student who vanished after making provocative, racist statements about African Americans to an acquaintance during a classroom discussion. Their investigation leads to the discovery of a family secret that could be connected to the man's disappearance. Nancy McKeon (The Division) guest stars as Gail Sweeney, the mother of the missing man. Michael Dorn (Star Trek: The Next Generation) guest stars as Nathan Riggs.
