When the family doctor is away, Morticia takes a chance on the local physician and devises a treatment to help an ailing Uncle Fester.

A doctor is summoned to examine Kitty Kat, the ailing lion pet of the Addams'. Morticia soon decides that it is the cringing doctor who needs help.

Because she thinks Fester and Grandmama are spoiling the children, Morticia hires a governess to watch them. Insulted, Fester paints a white line down the centre of the Addams house, dividing it in half.
