The young chefs set out to make pleasant pheasant dishes in the appetiser round, then the entrée basket features something gummy and some yummy ducks. For dessert, one of the competitors must quickly come up with a backup plan.

The contestants need to make a dish using a sweet surprise and poor man's lobster. The second round sees them cooking with an Indian tea snack and a lean meat.
