Nina fears the worst for her pregnancy, since the baby was conceived whilst she and George were transformed as werewolves. On their search for information from other werewolves, they encounter surly McNair and his over friendly son Tom, who claims he was born a werewolf. Mitchell is scared to find more werewolves around so close to a full moon, since the prophecy he was dealt foretold that he would die at the hands of one.

In the hospital George and Nina are confronted by Adam, a teenage vampire, lapping at the vein of one of Nina's patients.
