Pamela Hayden

Actress and voice artist Pamela Hayden made her television debut in 1978 in "More Than Friends," a romantic movie starring Rob Reiner and Penny Marshall about two friends dealing with the challenges that their sexual tension brings to their relationship. The next year, she appeared in "Studs Lonigan" (1979), a novel trilogy adapted into a television mini-series. Hayden followed this with appearances as Mrs. Jackson on three episodes of serial police drama "Hill Street Blues" (NBC 1981-87). In 1984, Hayden began her voice over work as the voice of Pattie in "Turbo Teen" (ABC 1984), as well as contributing voices to "Snorks"(NBC 1984-89) another animated series. In 1989, Hayden joined the cast of fledgling comedy series "The Simpsons" (FOX 1989-). She voiced, among others, the characters of Bart's best friend Milhouse Van Houten, teen thug Jimbo Jones, Sarah Wiggum, and other ancillary characters. Alongside her work on "The Simpsons," Hayden lent her voice to many children's television mainstays, including "The Tom & Jerry Kids Show" (Fox 1990-93), "Bonkers" (Disney 1993-94), "Aaahh!!! Real Monsters" (Nickelodeon 1994-97), "Hey Arnold" (Nickelodeon 1996-2004), "Pinky and the Brain" (WB 1995-98), and "Recess" (ABC/UPN 1997-2001).
