Couples compete in a renovation contest in Bondi, New South Wales. The contestants are shocked to discover the level of devestation in each apartment, and even termites.

Upstairs noise becomes a major issue for the downstairs tenants, as there is no carpet or insulation to muffle it. All the couples meet for a body corporate meeting, resulting in a coup.

It's room delivery number three and big prize money at stake. After six weeks of hard labour everyone is scheming and no one is prepared to back down. Arguments erupt as Fiona and Adam ask to move their hot water system.

The race to finish the first renovation is putting relationships under pressure.
