Eight cooks race against time to deliver two of Gordon Ramsay's dishes in a fight for the immunity pin.

Contestants must cook and elevate their favourite late-night snack for a chance to win immunity and see their creation added to Gordon Ramsay's new London restaurant's menu at 22 Bishopsgate.

The contestants must choose how to split their time between two rounds of cooking, with their leftover time from round one being the only time they have to use in the second round.

Contestants are challenged to create dishes that feature a chicken or an egg. The one with the least impressive dish will be sent home.

The contestants face an elimination challenge over two rounds. In the first round, the contestants must name 14 game meats, with the six contestants with the lowest scores facing off in round two.
