An immunity challenge has contestants under pressure to use ingredients from the mystery box in a race against the clock.

Contestants are split into teams for a challenge at South Melbourne Market, before the weakest two teams are forced to participate in an elimination round.

Contestants have their heads on the chopping block, as they tackle the mystery box. They are tasked with making a great dessert, but only five will be tasted before the immunity challenge.

The team who came last in the relay challenge face elimination, and must battle it out between them to see who will be next to leave. They each have 90 minutes for buying ingredients.

The contestants participate in a relay challenge after they are split into teams of four. Challengers each have 15 minutes to cook, and just 45 seconds to pass their dish on to their team-mate.

Master of Middle Eastern cuisine, Yotam Ottolenghi challenge the contestants with his mystery box, giving them 75 minutes to create a dish that would earn them an advantage for the invention test.
