A series of drive-by murders occur after six wrongly convicted men are released from prison, making Danny and Baez wonder if the murders were orchestrated by the men as an act of revenge. Meanwhile, Frank fights feelings of guilt.

Frank investigates a SWAT team attack on Garrett outside his house, Danny and Baez examine the shooting of a detective who was about to testify against a career criminal, and Erin talks to a confidential informant.

Jamie and Eddie ask Erin to drop the charges against a man who rescued a hostage; Danny and Baez work a case of card theft and encounter an old foe.
