Scott Williamson

Scott Williamson was an accomplished actor who appeared in a variety of films throughout his Hollywood career. Williamson started his entertainment career by acting in comedies like "The Big Picture" (1989) with Kevin Bacon, "Mutant on the Bounty" (1989) with John Roarke and "Kuffs" (1992). He worked in television in his early acting career as well, including a part on "A Different World" (NBC, 1987-1993). He also appeared in the TV special "Best Sellers: Men Who Hate Women and the Women Who Love Them: The Relationship" (NBC, 1993-94). He also starred in the TV movies "Attack of the 50 Ft. Woman" (HBO, 1993-94) and "As Good As Dead (TV)" (USA, 1994-95). During these years, he additionally appeared in film, receiving a role in the comedy "Waiting for Guffman" (1997) with Deborah Theaker. Williamson focused on film in more recent years, appearing in "Best in Show" (2000), "A Mighty Wind" (2003) and the Catherine O'Hara comedy "For Your Consideration" (2006). He also appeared in "Nothing But the Truth" (2008) with Kate Beckinsale. He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "NCIS" (CBS, 2003-). Williamson most recently acted on "Family Tree" (HBO, 2012-13).
