Derek heads to Minnesota to revive a dirt track car he's had stashed away for years. It was a legend in its heyday, but with the car currently in pieces, he'll need the help of some skilled friends if he's going to bring his vision back to life.

Derek returns to his North Dakota farm to revive his grandpa's 1946 Ford grain truck, sidelined since the '80s. He and his brothers race to get it running.

Back at Zweifel Motors in South Dakota, Derek has stashed the cheapest 1970 Pontiac GTO he could find, but unfortunately it was cheap for a reason.

Derek battles fluid leaks and bad brakes just to get the Turd Bird back to Vice Grip Garage. He tears the car down, blasts it clean, and gives it a new life with a modern touch.

Derek hasn't given up on the 1962 Barneville he pulled out of a barn. He's determined to get it back on the road and give it a few upgrades, but he'll need some help to have it done in time.
