When Tabitha isn't allowed to take Darrin's George Washington memorabilia to school for show-and-tell, Esmeralda attempts to zap a button and buckle from a picture book instead. In doing so, she accidentally conjures up George Washington himself.

Instead of sending George Washington back to the past, Esmeralda's defective witchcraft accidentally brings his wife, Martha, into the Stephens' house. However, the president refuses to leave until his trial is over.
