Deshpal tries to turn the royal group of advisors against Shivagami to dethrone her so that she can be replaced with Dharmaraj as the new ruler of Mahishmati.

Banished from Mahishmati, Bhallaladeva and Baahubali encounter some kids in the forest; in exchange for information about a secret pathway leading to the exteriors of the forest, the duo agrees to fight a demon called Pisachamu for them.

While passing by a mysterious village, Bhallaladeva and Baahubali encounter an occultist, who protects them from a group of zombies; he provides food and shelter to the duo and narrates why he was summoned to help the villagers.

While Baahubali is held captive, Bhallaladeva is left at the mercy of a wild boar as punishment for hunting a deer; back in Mahishmati, Dharmaraj shares a plan with Shivagami to acquire a forest located on the outskirts of their kingdom.

Baahubali and Bhallaladeva encounter the stranger supposed to help them according to Yamagni; as advised by him, the duo seeks help from King Paramhans to fight Dharmaraj and Varah.

Worried about Bhallaladeva, Baahubali sees a ray of hope as the desert warlord, Zohravar, offers to help him; the duo soon comes across a fight taking place in the middle of the desert and finds Bhallaladeva there.
