The girls send their mums out for intense makeovers to be transformed into undercover 21-year-olds. Fresh from the salon, the mums are thrown into the world of selfies, social media, and online dating.

What the girls do, or want to do, for a living causes trouble in their relationships, so now the girls turn the tables and challenge their mums to find out what the world of work is like for Gen Z.
EPISODE 3

Episode 3

The girls challenge the mums' ability to accept the differences in people that they celebrate. The mums explore the Generation Z sexual revolution and gender-quake in Liverpool's queer quarter.
EPISODE 4

Episode 4

Before the mums are sent back into their natural habitat, the girls have one last chance to immerse them in their world, and confront the issues they care most about, from veganism to politics to feeding the homeless.
