When a new surf board is too expensive, Joss and her friends decide to enter a video contest in hopes of winning a new one. However, entering the contest doesn't come without challenges.

Joss gets help from her friends, combining cheer and surf to do her best for the contest. Hopefully it's enough to win the new board and meet Joss's hero, Tina Hart.
