Oliver targets a corrupt businessman with connections to the Chinese mafia, but the stakes are raised when Laurel's life is put in danger.

Things get personal when Oliver finds himself on the trail of aptly-named assassin Deadshot. Laurel and Tommy are also caught in a compromising position.

The vigilante needs Laurel's help to prove the innocence of a man framed for murder. Meanwhile, Walter grows suspicious of Moira's behaviour.
