EPISODE 1

Episode 1

Without proper recipes to hand, a brand-new batch of pastry chefs must create 36 individual opéra aux fruits and one chocolate amenity. In the second challenge, the teams transform the classic banoffee pie into an incredible fine-dining experience.
EPISODE 2

Episode 2

The five remaining teams turn all their pâtisserie experience on its head by creating 24 reimagined tarts and 24 Peach Melbas. The teams must then create a pièce montée featuring 160 individual choux buns, inspired by the theme of mad science.
EPISODE 3

Episode 3

The four remaining teams take on chocolate week. In their first challenge, the teams must make chocolate-domed figurines and nut-filled desserts. For their showpiece challenge, the teams dig deep to create archaeology-themed chocolate bars.
EPISODE 4

Episode 4

In their first challenge, six new teams must produce 36 perfect Prinsesstårta alongside a chocolate amenity; in the second challenge, the teams must transform the humble bread and butter pudding into an incredible fine-dining experience.

Episode 5

The remaining teams must create reimagined millefeuilles and pavlovas served in never-before-seen ways. In the second challenge, they must create a showpiece display featuring religieuses designed to look like their favourite musical icons.

Episode 6

The remaining four teams take on chocolate week as they produce chocolate desserts celebrating all the delights of autumn; for the showpiece challenge, each team make safari-themed chocolate bars within an adventurous chocolate showpiece.
