Being Erica

A woman starts seeing a counsellor to deal with her regrets in life only to discover that he has the ability to take her back in time to change these events. In the first episode, world-weary Erica takes up the offer to visit therapist Dr Tom who sends her back in time to right a wrong from her schooldays.

Erica accepts a dead-end job so that she can pay her hefty bills, but when counsellor Dr Tom takes her back to university, Erica joins a secret university society that she originally passed over, hoping that she will be put on the right career path. Will Erica finally land her dream job?

Erica is forced to confront her first sexual experience in Muskoka to understand and overcome her relationship woes. Later, Erica brings the man she's been in love with for 15 years to her prom to pose as her boyfriend.

Erica is sent back to her first term at university where she learns to stand up to her haughty professor. Dr Tom hopes that in doing so, Erica will be able to use the skills to confront her bullying new boss.

Erica is sick of being treated like a child so Dr Tom sends her back to her Bat Mitzvah, which is the source of the problem, so that she can prove herself as a woman.

Erica tries to persuade her sister Samantha not to marry Josh, and Dr Tom sends her back in time to prevent the two from falling in love but discovers a secret that threatens her relationship with Samantha.
