An influx of patients leads to one of the busiest days in Barnsley Casualty's history, and lead nurse Zoe is given the responsibility of managing beds for those who need them the most.

The team of almost 30 medical staff are faced with treating over 200 emergency patients, including a miner having a heart attack and a 98-year-old who needs a CT scan.
