Carlo Aquino finds himself on a mysterious island, along with six other celebrities. They are then thrust into a game of life and death, with the first one being a pageant where they must pass or else they face the consequences.

The festivities are interrupted by a violent typhoon that rocks the island. Provisions are hard to come by and the participants are desperate to get their hands on them.

The games are well underway and the contestants must set aside their differences and team up to win against the local crew, the Tawa-Tawa Tamaraws.

The Orb that contains the gift to humanity has gone missing. The contestants, who have been found at the scene of the crime, are arrested, interrogated and put on trial.

The contestants must find the real culprit to save an innocent man from being executed. Their journey brings them to a mysterious shaman who not only makes killer adobo but can also provide clues to the thief's identity.

The Orb is finally back in its place, and the remaining contestants face the final leg of the Centennial Games. The race to go home and change the course of humanity forever is on.
