County Rescue

Dani Miller is an EMT in training who believes her calling is to save lives. She soon finds herself tested each day when she must compete with two other trainees. With one paramedic position available, Dani must set aside her recent heartbreak and prove herself worthy of the job while competing against the fire chief's impulsive son and an over-qualified rookie.

Dani gets to know both of the other probationary EMTs and ends up making a grave mistake on one of her first shifts.

Dani and Griffin spend time together outside of work; Duke faces marital problems; Tim saves a celebrity.

Andy makes a serious accusation against Marco; several events cause Dani to lose confidence in herself and her calling.

Ashley encourages Dani not to quit; Duke doesn't show up for his shift; Chief makes a decision on the open position.
