With an immunity pin on the line, the 10 chefs create dessert masterpieces as they seek their first win of the competition.

For the first immunity challenge the contestants make dishes that aren't what they seem, inspired by Amaury's lifelike dessert masterpieces.

The pastry powerhouses face the first elimination and are challenged to create a dish that smashes or cracks.

The contestants split into three teams of three for a team relay where they must make use of the secret ingredient: maple syrup.

For an elimination mystery box, the contestants must feature an ingredient in a frozen element. They can choose from berry liquor, beetroot, chilli and rosella.
