The Doodlebops argue over who gets to be on a magazine cover. But, they decide that staying friends is much more important.

Rooney Doodle learns how to play his new invention, the Honkophone.

It is DeeDee's birthday and she creates a new, but the boys refuse to do it. However, after failing to successfully give her a cake and gift, they decide to do the dance after all.

Moe is nervous before his solo performance but Deedee and Rooney try to help him.

Deedee and Moe are eager to go out and fly their new kite, but have to wait for Rooney, who just can't stop asking questions.

Deedee is having trouble with the tricks for her new magic act. She keeps making things disappear but can't make them appear again. Things are really getting out of hand when she makes Mudge disappear and can't bring him back.
