Duncan travels to Kanchanaburi, where he visits the renowned Bridge over the River Kwai; later, he whips up river prawns in red curry with kaffir lime.

Duncan heads to the Ancient City of Ayutthaya, where he visits the ruins and prepare crispy baby barramundi; later, he travels to the Ang Thong seafood markets and prepares blazing red prawns with a local.

Duncan travels to his family's village to cook with his family and friends, catch up with a local noodle producer, and search for the perfect papaya.
