Josh, Dave, and Stefan take on a community challenge: take three randomly selected existing designs and push them to reach or exceed 100 mph. The catch? None of these planes were designed to go this fast. The guys have a day to modify their selected designs and see who can reach or exceed 100 mph to win. Meanwhile, Jen has her hands full in the Store. With the on-time delivery of holiday orders on the line, technical issues are slowing down her and the Store’s manufacturing and shipping crew. They may need to call in the troops to beat the clock.

The A-10 Warthog is a battle-tested behemoth, but in the real world, it has never tangled with the likes of a flying tank. We'll watch the team design and build the seemingly impossible: a giant flying tank. But they won't be satisfied with merely making their creation flightworthy. Each aircraft will be outfitted with laser-tag weaponry, setting the stage for a showstopping air-to-air battle to the finish. We'll also spend time with Noah and Hayley and learn what it takes to run their respective sides of the business and their relationship.

Inspired by the spirit of community, Stefan challenges the guys to design and build two flying fists. To complete the mission, the flying fists must bump into each other in the sky with an explosive twist. Meanwhile, we learn what it takes for Noah to keep up with the demands of the YouTube channel.

Inspired by space travel, the guys set out to design and build a space shuttle. The big test is successfully launching the rocket-powered shuttle from an aircraft and then gliding it safely back to Earth. We also take a deeper dive into the science of rocketry and America's history of space exploration with our visiting rocket expert, Steve.

Barn finds of all sorts are common, and Josh stumbles upon a big one: an ultralight aircraft in sad shape. We watch as it's transported back to HQ, where the team quickly conspires to return it to the sky. The solution? Retrofit the barn find with RC controls to create an incredible life-sized RC airplane. We also meet Billy Patterson, the team's go-to guy for matters of full-scale flight, and hear his story of personal redemption through aviation.

Josh and Jen make a friendly wager. Josh meets the guys at a local pig farm to break the news: he needs to settle a bet with Jen. The challenge? They must make a pig fly. Meanwhile, we learn how David meets the design demands of the Store.
