Mina and Karen get to work on a four-bedroom, two-bathroom duplex that proves to be a challenge when they realise that the foundations are rotten. They also discover dangerous floor joints on the second level.

Karen and Mina head back to Woodlawn avenue, where they try to complete a half-finished building. They are faced with just a basic structure, and can afford to let their creativity take over.

Mina and Karen buy a house in a transitional area of Indianapolis, that was previously used as an office. The duo are excited to transform the blank canvas into a usable space.

Karen and Mina take a look at a property in the Bates-Hendricks neighbourhood. Their little white house on the hill is a promising buy, with a lot of potential.

After facing a disastrous welcome in their new duplex, Mina and Karen set out to revamp one property at a time.
