Politically active lovers Marcus Hill and Jas Mitras, go head-to-head with the government and fight against racial injustice and prejudice within the UK police force.

Cullen and DCI Pence threatens Fallon and the black community in an attempt to find the runaway gang, Marcus, Jas and Dhari. When Marcus and Jas find a safe house to hide in, Jas does something unthinkable.

The gang moves to the countryside to train soldiers. However, being on the run puts a strain on Marcus and Jas's relationship. Meanwhile, Jas finds inspiration in a French Canadian radical.

Kent forms an unexpected alliance. Meanwhile, personal issues and infighting among the men, threaten to break the group's solidarity. Fallon and Cullen form a bond.

Marcus and Jas's relationship is tested and in response, Jas reaches out to a new ally for help. Meanwhile, Kent's actions have serious ramifications against the black community.
