I Bought My Own Rainforest

After purchasing rainforest land sight unseen, photographer Charlie arrives to find the lush land of his dreams doesn't match the brutal reality of deforestation, squatters, and a cacao plantation.

Charlie finds himself having spent six months battling squatters and unable to recognise his conservation aims but when his wife Phillipa arrives he becomes reminded of what is important to him.

Charlies comes to terms with his rainforest dilemmas after nine months and builds bridges toward making his conservation wildlife plans a more realistic proposition.
