When Heloise posts an embarrassing video of Lucius on Spew Tube for all of Miseryville's amusement, it's up to Jimmy to restore the evil leader's villainous reputation; Heloise switches Beezy's and Cerbee's bodies after they crash her picnic.

Lucius jacks up the heat in Miseryville in hopes of inducing record-breaking levels on the misery-index, but Jimmy just uses the high temperatures as an excuse to throw a rockin' beach party; Lucius is eaten by a sea monster.

Lucius is certain that Heloise's new invention will cause untold levels of misery, but she got the idea from Jimmy and the scheme is actually for that most joyful of events, a carnival; Beezy and Jimmy get jobs babysitting.
