Ali and Mitch are joined in their kitchen by Brian who cooks up chilli crab and Singapore noodles with turtle, bunyjman, lea and liji liji shell.

Ali and Mitch are joined by their aunty, Sylvia Clarke. Sylvia uses a recipe of her grandfather's. She cooks up clear whiting soup with chilli/garlic/ginger and mullet soup with black bean.

Ali and Mitch are joined in their kitchen by Veronica Francis who draws on her Malaysian heritage from her father's side to cook up a beef curry with chilli and eggs.

Ali and Mitch are joined by their older sister, Pat Torres. Pat cooks up a gubinge jam with bush fig, as well as bush fig cupcakes with a bush passionfruit icing.
