Showcasing the far south of New Zealand from above, including the heritage listed Fiordland National Park, natural landscapes and the alpine resort of Queenstown.

The dramatic alpine landscape carved by glaciers in the Southern Alps of the central South Island, a region that saw thousands flock to it during an 1860s gold rush.

The west coast is dominated by rushing rivers, rainforests and glaciers, while whales can be seen feeding off the east coast of the South Island.

The journey continues over Cook Strait, which separates New Zealand's North and South Islands, continuing on past Wellington to the Volcanic Plateau which is home to a number of active volcanoes.

The northern region of the North Island is the most densely populated part of the country; it is where Auckland, the nation's biggest city, is located as well as the Northland region, a historical Maori site.
