In the wake of her father's disappearance, 16-year-old Dylan Blake falls in with the wrong crowd, gets arrested, and earns court-ordered community service volunteering at Open Heart Memorial.

Dylan begins her community service at Open Heart Memorial and begins to look into her father's disappearance by trying to get hospital security footage from the day he disappeared. Meanwhile, London struggles with the pressure at work.

Dylan confronts Hud about the watch her father gave him. London tries to balance her work and personal lives, and starts hanging out with Seth. Meanwhile, Jane tries to come clean about her relationship with Dom.

Dylan and Wes investigate the origami note hidden in Richard's watch and find clues in the old psych ward of the hospital. London treats Veronica Rykov, a patient who pries into her dad's disappearance. Dr. K plays favourites with the residents.

Dylan's revelation about her dad pulls London into her orbit, while Hud's relationship with Scarlet takes a sharp turn. Meanwhile, Mikayla encourages Wes to confess his feelings for Dylan.

Dylan follows clues in Richard's storage room drawings so he can find his hiding spot, and London asks for a new resident adviser. Wes is growing increasingly jealous of Dr Hudson.
