Meera and Sarah are practising a traditional Indian dance for school assembly. Meera is expecting a special sari for the dance but it hasn't arrived yet.
Pat visits Dorothy who tells him that all her strawberries have gone missing. Pat rushes off to find PC Selby but every time he thinks he's seen him PC Selby disappears.
The children are following rainbows to find the pot of gold. Meera and Charlie eventually end up back at the school where they see a pot of cupcakes. They've found gold at the end of the rainbow after all.
While Pat is babysitting, the kids play knights. He builds them a castle from old boxes and Lucy is castle guard. To her horror a strange knight arrives. Lucy bravely confronts her fear and douses the 'knight' with the hose.
Pat can't cook but sees everyone else in the village cooking when he's out on his rounds. When a famous Chef cancels his demonstration, Pat saves the day by organising everyone into making their own cooking demonstration.
A big bag of post is knocked over and in the confusion, Pat puts Mrs Goggins' dog whistle in his pocket. Later, Pat gets stuck when he follows Jess into a tree. Pat blows the whistle - help is on the way.
