The O'Brien family are new in town, settling into their new community of Ballyfermot. An ordinary family, well, almost. Roy O' Brien is a little different, he's a cartoon! Roy causes quite a commotion during his first days at the local school. Roy is a very likeable kid but not everybody is so happy to have a cartoon kid around.
