A new student is introduced at Galaxy High; Brett immediately befriends the teenager, but Yoko suspects that something is unusual about him; she then tries to prove that he is an alien.

Josh, Brett and Yoko are hired to patrol the earth's atmosphere as a punishment; although the Galaxy High students are not allowed to do so, they visit a dangerous planet and end up in danger.

Josh, Yoko and Brett are sent to a planet populated by creatures called "Computopians"; on their mission, they discover that a supercomputer, which serves as the planet's main energy source, has been damaged.

Josh, Yoko and Brett go on a mission to find out why peaceful aliens keep disappearing without a trace; the kidnapper kidnaps Josh and Fluffy and takes them to an asteroid, where they take part in a mind game.

Principal Kirkpatrick reveals to Josh, Brett and Yoko that one of the teams was kidnapped on a mission; Brett and his friends then find out that the kidnappers are intergalactic pirates.

After Galaxy High receives distress signals from various planets in the universe, several teams are to investigate planets on which there seems to be no more water.
