Confused, lethargic and lazy, Warwick Thornton is alone and lonely. Angry at himself for feeling this way, he decides to survive on the beach by himself.
Warwick realises his journey is harder than expected, as he feels lost and alone. Desperate for a beer, he struggles to keep going.
As Warwick tries yoga, he starts to face his demons and feels things shifting. However, he still struggles with the overwhelming loneliness.
Warwick experiences fleeting moments of happiness for the first time in a long while. He knows he has to face his demons at some point, as flashbacks from his old life resurface.
Positive changes begin to form for Warwick, as his hunting and gathering skills improve. He finally feels confident enough to go spearfishing in shark- and croc-filled waters.
Warwick feels a sense of achievement, as he manages to nail a few yoga poses. He also feels his sense of humour returning and decides it's time to go home.
