Juri and Carsten recall their meeting in Berlin and how they managed to get financing from Deutsche Telekom for their project with a year to finish it.

After their success at the Kyoto conference and a trip to Silicon Valley, Carsten and Juri return to Berlin and start seeking investors for the company.

When Juri storms out of the deposition, Carsten flies to Budapest to convince him to rejoin the case while the lawyers debate pulling the plug.

The trial begins in Delaware with an array of expert witnesses and consultants summoned to assist; on the last day, Juri and Brian take the stand.
