Joanna and Alistair struggle to keep composed on their flight to Melbourne. Baby Noah's crying upsets the other passengers, until the family are faced with a much greater problem.

An arrest is made as the search for baby Noah grows increasingly intense, but the facts don't add up. Joanna is taken to the holiday cottage, where she and Alistair collect their belongings.

Joanna and Alistair become increasingly distressed, as Elizabeth's house is searched. Alistair digs to try and learn what the police know, when Joanna's strange behaviour confuses him.

Joanna and Alistair make the journey back to Scotland under scrutiny from the media. They try to rebuild their lives, until a surprise delivery changes everything.
