The Killing Vote

Gaetal, an unknown figure in a dog mask, conducts a killing vote to punish heinous criminals. As the death sentence is carried out based on the results of the vote, the Special Investigation Headquarters begin their investigation into the masked man.

The results for the second killing vote are also in favour of a death sentence for the criminal. As Gaetal carries out his next execution, the police struggle to stop the elusive masked man.

Mu-chan and the second victim suffer injuries in an explosion, causing Joo Hyun to witness the incident and fall into a state of despair; the narrative of Seok-joo's prison experience continues to echo.

Mu-chan is determined to uncover the real story of the current case and sends Joo Hyun to speak to Seok-joo.

On the morning of the Killing Vote, Seok-joo joins the police; the police are sent to save Captain Oh, who was identified as the victim, and they are one step closer to discovering who Gaetal is.

Joo-hyun and Seok-joo chase after the person suspected; Mu-chan confronts Jin-wook, the one who tries to kill Captain Oh; the police announce that they have arrested Gaetal. However, the true identity of Gaetal is revealed.
