Join Kion, second born cub of Simba and Nala, as he becomes leader of the Lion Guard and assembles the best and brightest to help him protect the Pridelands.
Kion is separated from the the Lion Guard, and finds himself lost in the Outlands where he runs into a friendly female hyena named Jasiri.
A crocodile named Makuu becomes the new leader of the crocodiles, but his antics send the Pride Lands into chaos. Kion questions whether he should intervene or respect the animal traditions.
Bunga comes up with a quick solution to the floodwaters that threaten the Pride Lands. However, everyone soon learns that an easy and quick solution isn't always the best idea.
Simba puts Kiara in charge of Pride Rock for the first time and Janja takes advantage of the situation, while Kion struggles to obey her.
