The IRA cell commits an attack in Germany. Jeanine knows that the members will also commit another attack in the Netherlands and thinks she is one step ahead of them, but she makes a wrong assessment.
A brutal attack by the IRA cell in Limburg becomes world news; Jeanine tries to keep her mistake to herself and the IRA cell, but suspects that there is a traitor in their midst.
