Untold Arctic Wars

World War I divides Europe. The alliance between Germany and the Soviet Union gives rise to World War II. At the same time, the Arctic Wars begin, initially in Finland.

The German war industry urgently needs more iron. Hitler has his eye on the Norwegian coast and especially on the harbour of Narvik, through which iron ore is shipped from Sweden.

Hitler takes a risk and invades the Soviet Union. Finland joins Germany, which displeases the Allies, so they decide to tighten their grip on the Arctic.

The scale of World War II grows as the United States joins the war. Explores the operations where Allied commando troops raid the Norwegian coast.

The Allies plan their landing in Normandy and devise a diversionary operation in the north; commando attacks continue and the resistance becomes more active; Hitler continues his building projects.

The Germans begin a retreat on the eve of the polar winter; the Soviet Union begins a major offensive in the north; the Finns push the Germans towards their defence line.
