Walker goes up against a Japanese hitman, whose father taught Walker martial arts, when he is charged with protecting a congressman from assassination.

Walker has to deal with a new partner named Trivette, a group of men terrorising a circus family who camp out at his home, and some bad guys who plan on the ultimate bank caper.

Walker races to apprehend two young criminals who robbed an automated teller machine before a vicious bounty hunter catches up with them.
