The contestants compete in some extreme obstacles including the Log Roll, Wall Swing, The Ring, Tippy Tables, and the Cylinder Run.

The beauties and the geeks compete on separate teams to take each other out, attempting Donut Run, Ball Swing, Sweeper, Dangly Balls, Dizzy Dummy, Barrel Crossing and Log Roll.

Twenty camera-ready contestants leave a lasting impression on the obstacle course.

Contestants from east to west team up and battle to prove that they are the strongest contestants on the course.
