S1, E205: As something of a stickler for the rules, Jeff is appointed warden for the cul de sac to help and control some of the more antisocial behaviours of his neighbours. However, Jeff soon gets a taste for his newfound powers and quickly his 'rule' gets out of hand. Practically everything you could deem as fun is soon banned. Soon the others are rueing the day that Jeff took over. They plot to bring him down so normality can return to the cul de sac.
